About the Role

Vishwambhara Bio Energy is seeking a motivated Factory Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and technical skills, supporting day-to-day factory operations while ensuring the highest standards in productivity, safety, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily factory operations, production planning, and manpower management.
  • Monitor raw material input, process parameters, and finished product quality.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of machinery through regular maintenance.
  • Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for raw material and dispatch.
  • Maintain production records, daily reports, and ensure target achievement.
  • Enforce safety and environmental compliance within the plant.
  • Manage factory staff to maintain productivity and discipline.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering (or) Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of factory or plant operations (Bioenergy / Biomass / Process Industry preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and communicate clearly across levels.

Language: Telugu, Hindi and English
