Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
  • Maintain customer records and update necessary information in the system.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain quality standards

Skills Required:

Communication Skills , Cold Calling , Customer Interaction

Candidate Attributes:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills can ).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 70% in 10th & 12th.
