We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
- Maintain customer records and update necessary information in the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain quality standards
Skills Required:
Communication Skills , Cold Calling , Customer Interaction
Candidate Attributes:
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills can ).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 70% in 10th & 12th.
