Job Description:

Hiring for Production Engineer in Forging Auto component Manufacturer in Aurangabad.

Designation: Production Engineer

Education: Diploma / BE Mechanical

Must Required experience - Forging Experience, Forged automotive components,cold-forged parts, and high tensile fasteners.

  • Attending the Electrical breakdowns related to HVAC System, Water System, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Boiler. (VFD settings, Panel modifications, Fault findings, etc)
  • Attending the Electrical breakdowns related to IBH (Induction Billet Heater) and work on energy saving on IBH.
  •  Coordinating with the service engineer to Handling the modification activities in the plant and ensuring safety norms with timely completion of work.
  • Able to understand all types of Single Line Diagram as well as drawings of HT and LT.
  •  Maintenance & operation of electrical equipment including, motors, starters, 
  • Commissioning and maintenance of sensors - Different types of RTDs, Thermocouples, Pyrometers, Pressure switches, Level sensors, Vibration switches, proximity sensors, Limit switches, Flowmeters, Control valves.
  • Attending the Electrical breakdowns related to IBH (Induction Billet Heater) and work on energy saving on IBH, LT panel, HT Panel, and Diesel generator. 
  • Daily verification of Diesel Generators, and coordinating with service engineers during schedules A, B, and C checks.
Experience: Min 10 Years 

Candidate from Forging Shop.

CTC- up to 1.80 LPA (Salary will be no bar for the right candidate).
