Hiring for Machine Shop Industry

Position: - Maintenance Senior Engineer

Qualifications: - BE / Diploma Mechanical

Experience: - Min 6 years of Experience in Machine shop CNC, VMC  

Salary: Up to 4.20 LPA

JOBProfile:-

  • Maintaining Daily  Maintenance  log 
  • Maintaining all  Machines  oil  Consumption 
  • Solving problems  related  to  Hydraulic  &  Pneumatic 
  • Basic knowledge  of  Mechanical
  • Attending Breakdown of  VMC, CNC, HMC, Unisign, Grinding, Induction  Hardening, Facing Centring machines Etc.
  • Knowledge of  Replacement of axis bearings,  Ball screw  Replacement,  LM replacement.
  • On Turning center Attending  Problems  Related to  Turret, Turret alignments. 
  • Attending  breakdown  maintenance  of  CNC Turning, Grinding, VMC 
  • Fixture Maintenance & Pipining Work Leakage Cylinder Internal Leakage.
  • HMC Machine Z-Axis Boll Screw Greasing.
