We are expanding our business development team in Noida and seeking an experienced BDM who can drive growth and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for RPO and staffing services across the US/UK/India markets.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and account management.
  • Understand client hiring needs, workforce planning, and provide customized RPO solutions.
  • Generate leads via networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful client delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and recommend business strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and business plans to management.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum
    4 years of proven experience in Business Development within RPO industries
  • Strong track record in
    client acquisition and revenue generation
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with C-level executives and HR decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of RPO, models, and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working
    onsite at Noida office (mandatory)
    .
