We are expanding our business development team in Noida and seeking an experienced BDM who can drive growth and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for RPO and staffing services across the US/UK/India markets.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and account management.
- Understand client hiring needs, workforce planning, and provide customized RPO solutions.
- Generate leads via networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful client delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and recommend business strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and business plans to management.
Key Requirements
- Minimum
4 years of proven experience in Business Development within RPO industries - Strong track record in
client acquisition and revenue generation
. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with C-level executives and HR decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of RPO, models, and recruitment lifecycle.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working
onsite at Noida office (mandatory)
