  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements
  • 6 years in data engineering, with expertise in Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Design and implement end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, covering ingestion, storage, transformation, and serving.
  • Build scalable ETL pipelines with Fabric Data Factory to integrate data from various sources into OneLake.
  • Perform data cleansing and transformation using Fabric Data Engineering (Spark).
  • Design and optimize Lakehouses and Data Warehouses.
  • Ensure data quality through validation checks and performance tuning.
  • Integrate Fabric with Azure services and on-prem systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Document processes, maintain best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Data Lake, and Fabric Spark.
  • Proficient in SQL, KQL (Kusto Query Language), Python, and PySpark.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling (Kimball/Inmon), integration, and pipeline optimization.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Master's degree or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
  • Experience with real-time data processing (e.g., Kafka), DevOps, and data governance.
  • Exposure to data platform migrations from legacy systems.
