Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled data engineer to lead our Microsoft Fabric initiatives.

  • Solution Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of scalable and secure data solutions, including integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of data engineers in delivering high-quality data solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date with Microsoft Fabric features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
  • Data Strategy: Define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
  • Governance: Establish data governance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.

The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of experience, with 5+ years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing Data Solutions: Develop scalable and efficient data pipelines and queries.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of data engineers in achieving project goals.
  3. Technical Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design technical solutions.
  4. Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance frameworks.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
