Workplace Startegy lead India for projects in India in implementing change management strategies for the successful delivery of the change management roadmap.

Manage complex team relationships and support change management projects to a high standard of development and implementation strategy and innovation.

Collaborate with project teams to deliver high quality output to the satisfaction of the client.

It would require following activities :

Running Workplace Startegy across sites

Deliver change management activities as per the structured methodology

Apply change management processes and tools to implement & deliver the formulated change management strategy to support adoption of the change.

Support communication efforts

Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

Assess the change impact

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

Support training efforts

Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
