Position Title & Designation:- Deputy General Manager- Operations

Basic Qualification:- Graduation in hospital/health care

Advanced Qualification:- Post Graduation/diploma in management preferably hospitality/health care management

Specific / Relevant Experience:- Experience of working in Hospital industry

Minimum Experience:-12-15 Years

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Ensuring all the licenses are renewed timely.
  • Ensuring no breach of security norms takes place.
  • Ensuring that all the security protocols are forwarded.
  • Ensuring maintenance of vehicles and cost optimization.
  • Closely keeping an eye on any type of cost involved in transportation.
  • Assuring proper disposal of biomedical waste.
  • Getting requisite approval if required for biomedical waste disposal.
  • Vendor agreements should be timely renewed.
  • Ensuring pest control activities in the unit
  • Ensuring quality of food is delivered timely to the patients and their relatives.
  • Ensuring procurement of maintenance and renewal of items required in operations department
  • To ensure well groomed outsource staff works in the hospital with no previous criminal or police record
  • Ensuring maintenance of various engineering machines.
  • Timely resolving issued raised to machine failures.
  • Ensuring clean linen is circulated in the hospital.
  • To ensure that preventive maintenance of all the machines and equipments are done timely.
  • Monitoring the down time of machines and reducing it.
  • Coordinating for linen on all floors and assuring timely reach to patients
  • Monitoring the count of waste linen every month.
  • Monitoring the timely sending and receiving process for laundry of linen
  • Ensure cleanliness in the hospital premises.
  • Randomly checking cleanliness
  • Taking floor rounds for checking the arrangements done in rooms
  • Ensuring that dietician prescribes correct diet plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹99,144.06 per month
