Chai Point, the world's largest chai-led beverage platform, was founded in 2010 and has become an omni-channel brand. The Company reaches millions daily through retail stores, cloud kitchens, corporate offices, consumer packaged goods, and HORECA (hotels, restaurants, & cafes). Chai Point uses myChai, a proprietary Cloud-connected brewing technology platform, to ensure consistent chai and coffee quality. With a large presence in India, Chai Point serves over 700,000 cups daily through over 180 retail stores in 9 major cities and 3500 workplace hubs across 21 cities. Chai Point aims to install 30,000 myChai brewing systems in the next 3-5 years to expand its footprint.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Account Manager located in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. . The Account Manager will manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, oversee account operations, and develop strategies to enhance customer engagement. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs, handling customer inquiries, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role also involves negotiating contracts, preparing reports, and conducting presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and account operations skills
  • Experience in developing customer engagement strategies and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client requirements
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and handling customer inquiries
  • Relevant experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
