Job Overview:

We're looking for a high-performing sales professional who can drive consistent revenue by onboarding new clients for our digital marketing, influencer marketing, and brand strategy services.

You'll be responsible for planning and executing a sales strategy that brings measurable growth and strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify potential clients via LinkedIn, cold emails, WhatsApp, and networking platforms.

Research and target businesses in industries like D2C, tech, beauty, gaming, retail, and startups.

Maintain a steady pipeline of high-value leads and opportunities.

Client Conversion

Pitch JST Growit Digital's services and value proposition effectively.

Create customized proposals, packages, and pricing decks as per client needs.

Close deals and ensure a monthly revenue of ₹10–15 lakh through new projects and retainers.

Relationship Management

Maintain strong client relationships for renewals and referrals.

Coordinate between marketing, creative, and influencer teams to ensure project delivery.

Strategy & Reporting

Build and execute a clear monthly sales strategy and revenue plan.

Track KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and optimize campaigns for better conversions.

Collaborate with the founder to set and achieve quarterly targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing / agency / SaaS sales.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer campaigns, paid ads, and brand building.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Target-driven with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.

Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms.
