As a
Senior Project Manager – Residential Construction
, you will play a foundational role in shaping how Janit executes projects, engages with clients, and grows as a company. This is a high-ownership role where your decisions on site, your conduct with clients, and your ability to deliver consistently will directly impact the brand, referrals, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Delivery

• Own complete lifecycle of residential construction projects from mobilization to handover
• Prepare and manage project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and execution plans
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to drawings and specifications
• Track progress, costs, and risks; proactively resolve site-level issues
• Conduct regular site meetings and share clear updates with clients and internal stakeholders

2. Client Management & Representation

• Act as the primary SPOC for homeowners during construction
• Build strong client confidence through clear communication and professional conduct
• Handle client walkthroughs, reviews, and milestone sign-offs
• Manage expectations and ensure a smooth, stress-free construction experience

3. Ambassador & Spokesperson Role

• Represent Janit professionally at sites, meetings, and client interactions
• Uphold Janit's values, quality standards, and execution discipline at all times
• Be a visible brand ambassador who inspires trust among clients, vendors, and partners

4. Sales Enablement & Business Development

• Identify opportunities for referrals, repeat projects, and upsells from existing clients
• Support the sales team during client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
• Assist in converting warm leads through site credibility and execution expertise
• Actively contribute to business growth by building strong local networks with vendors, architects, and consultants

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience in independent house construction (villas, duplexes, G+ floors)
• Strong knowledge of RCC, civil works, finishes, MEP coordination, and site execution
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
• Commercial understanding of costs, margins, BOQs, and billing stages
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in supporting sales and growth
