· Project Planning:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop a detailed project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and budget.

· Project Execution & Control:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

· Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders.

  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status and ensure their needs are met.

· Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.

· Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards set by both the company and the client.

  • Conduct project reviews and evaluations upon completion.

· Team Management:

  • Lead, guide, and support the project team.

  • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure team members have the necessary resources.

· Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, financials, and performance reports.

  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and archived appropriately.

· Continuous Improvement:

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.

  • Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in project management.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Must be from Construction – high-rise residential projects & PMC Background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹200,000.00 per month
