Job Purpose:-

  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of membership lifecycle activities, including admission, onboarding, member compliance monitoring, modifications, and eventual surrender of membership.

Key Result Areas:-

  • Responsible for timely and efficient processing of registration applications and post registration requests, facilitating quick activation of Members
  • Responsible for processing surrender applications of the member in timely manner and in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Accountable for compliance with SEBI and Exchange guidelines, regulations, rules, bye-laws and other applicable statutory norms in Membership Registration & Membership Compliance activities.
  • Responsible for addressing members related queries & discrepancies, providing relevant support & necessary solutions to resolve the same within the stipulated turnaround time
  • Responsible for responding to member data requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring Membership related compliances Enhanced Supervision.
  • Keep track of regulatory directives and initiate new processes/ control as and when needed towards compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • Periodical review of membership documents (including legal documents like Agreements / Indemnities / KYCs etc.)
  • Responsible for preparing and presenting membership agendas at various forums, including committee meetings.
  • Preparation of MIS related to Members for SEBI and various department
  • Driving changes in membership process and policies in line with best practices
  • Replying to various queries raised by members seeking clarifications on membership rules & regulations.
  • Timely review and updation of process manuals
  • Pro-active initiatives for inducing a customer friendly and compliant regime
  • Responsible for continuous improvement in efficiency of operations through automation
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving advertisement content submitted by members, in strict adherence to SEBI and Exchange-prescribed Advertisement Codes.
  • Accountable for team performance, including building back-ups for different roles through adequate job-rotation of team members

Preferred Profile: -

Educational Qualification


• CA/CS/ MBA from any reputed Institute / University

Experience


• 6 8 years of relevant work experience

Skills Required


• Good Knowledge of MS Office Applications

Functional Competencies:-

Knowledge and understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations Understanding of all the membership related regulations, rules and laws(Exchange Regulation /Bye-laws), familiarity with reading /interpreting Corporate Balance sheet , Corporate Laws
