 Architect, design and manage various technologies in EUC. (Terminal Service, MDM, Analytics and VMware Horizon and few more)  Develop best practices guidelines for tech community within the organization  Should be able to develop Architecture guidelines & share with team for execution  Provide Technical and Operational Governance across the End User Computing environment.  Design, enhance and implement the End User Compute platform and infrastructure to support the requirements of the business with an eye for continual improvement, including speed of delivery and user experience.  Work with other technology groups to streamline effective processes and drive continuous improvement for EUC infrastructure, services and support.  Define the EUC roadmap  Review and approve of all maintenance requests, service requests, change requests.  Review of incidents and root cause analysis  Efficiently design and maintain tools like VMware Horizon, VRA, SCCM, Systrack, and Beyond Trust operation, Terminal Services and MDM  Provide support for existing and new operating systems (Desktop and Server)  Ensure appropriate documentation is in place and updated with latest version  Able to drive the scrum meetings & reviews of backlogs   The candidate should have strong customer service skills articulating policies and procedures confidently, attention to detail, excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, ability to work under tight timelines and willingness to challenge/question with courage.  The candidate should have strong customer service skills articulating policies and procedures confidently, attention to detail, excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, ability to work under tight timelines and willingness to challenge/question with courage.
