Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop supply plans by analyzing historical data, market trends, and production schedules to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Utilize SAP systems to manage inventory management, procurement, and logistics processes.
  • Analyze sales data and customer requirements to forecast demand and adjust supply planning accordingly.
  • Provide insights on product availability, lead times, and potential bottlenecks to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in Supply Planning or related field (B.Tech/B.E. degree).
  • Strong understanding of Excel, VBA, SAP, and planning principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Tools & Skills-

  • MS Excel- Proficient- Good in Dashboards & VBA
  • SAP- Good if have working experience
  • BI- Good if have experience
