Job Profile:

  1. Order booking

  2. Enquiry generation, New business development, filtering enquiries from domestic & overseas clients.

  3. Ensuring order booking and collection of receivables as per monthly plan.

  4. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

  5. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

  7. Outstanding Collection:

  8. Offer preparation, submission & follow up

  9. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

  10. MIS management

  11. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

  12. Ensuring Timely preparation of MIS

  13. OB & Outstanding data management

  14. Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services

  15. Maintain customer base data including their growth plans

  16. Organisation initiatives

  17. Active participation in Divisional activities Kaizen, Business excellence, Integrated management systems.

  18. Archive & maintain ABP related data.

  19. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

  20. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
