JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join Research Connect. You will handle B2B (Business-to-Business) sales activities focused on North American and European markets (specifically UK and USA). Your primary goal will be to reach out to potential clients via phone and email to promote our company's services/products and achieve revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead Generation & Prospecting: Target and qualify potential clients based in the UK and USA using phone calls, emails, and digital platforms.
* Sales Pitch: Clearly and persuasively present the company's offerings to prospective customers.
* Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
* CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
* Market Feedback: Convey customer feedback and market trends to sales strategy and product development teams.
* Follow-up: Ensure regular follow-up to build strong relationships with leads and clients.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Total Monthly Compensation: ₹35,000
* Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
* Commission/Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Performance-based on achieving sales targets)
NOTE: The total monthly package is ₹35,000, comprising a fixed amount of ₹20,000 and the remaining ₹15,000 as performance-linked commission.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or international BPO sales is preferred.
* Communication: Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) are mandatory for interacting with UK and USA clients.
* Shift Readiness: Must be willing to work in a night shift (aligned with UK/USA working hours).
* Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
* Education: Any Graduate degree or equivalent.
