Job Type: FTE/C2H

Required Skills:

  1. Solid experience (2-5+ years) with Workday Core HCM module implementation and support.
  2. Understanding of Workday HCM business processes, configuration, and security framework.
  3. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Business Process Framework and Core HCM objects (organizational management, job profiles, compensation, position management, and supervisory organizations).
  4. Experience with data migration, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), calculated fields, and Workday reporting.

Nice to Have:

Deep understanding of WD Security framework

Consulting & Soft Skills:

1. Solid basic consulting skills; able to interact with clients professionally and effectively.

2. Self-starter who can manage tasks independently and take accountability for deliverables.

3. Comfortable leading or participating in discovery sessions with clients to elicit and document requirements.

4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.

Position 2:

  1. Strong background in both Outbound and Inbound Studio Workday.
  2. Strong work experience in building HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking Integrations
  3. Experience with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) integrations
  4. Thorough understanding of the complex, nested calculated fields and ability to build complex custom reports.
  5. Independently able to take design sessions, drive Unit, SIT, UAT cycles with client, integration monitoring, triaging.
