Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat for the role of Business Development Officer. The officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, building long-term business strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include creating proposals, understanding customer needs, negotiating contracts, and staying updated with market trends to identify potential growth areas.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in business development, customer relationship management, and sales.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in market research and business strategy planning.
- Ability to work in a team and individual settings effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
