Experience:
3–5 years (Construction Material Procurement Preferred)

We're looking for a skilled
Purchase Manager
to manage procurement of
cement, bricks, sand, steel, and other civil materials
for our ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with vendors/suppliers for building materials.

Manage purchase orders, delivery tracking, and inventory levels.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material supply.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure cost efficiency.

Oversee budgets and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in Civil, Material Management, or Business Administration.

3–5 years of experience in
construction material purchase
.

Strong knowledge of building materials and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation & vendor management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and Tally/ERP preferred.
