Key Responsibilities:


• Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems.


• Monitor system performance using SCADA/remote monitoring tools.


• Troubleshoot faults in inverters, modules, cabling, and other balance of system components.


• Perform site inspections, testing, and performance analysis to optimize plant generation.


• Maintain accurate service logs, MIS reports, and compliance documentation.


• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for spare parts and service support.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.


• Provide on-site customer support and ensure high satisfaction levels.

We require a Surat-based candidate.

Requirements:


• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.


• Min 1 years of relevant experience in Solar O&M ( rooftop projects).


• Strong knowledge of solar inverters, modules, transformers, and SCADA systems.


• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Flexibility to travel across multiple project sites.
