Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager, based in Surat. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations of solar energy equipment and related systems, ensure timely preventive maintenance, manage repairs, and optimize overall equipment performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising maintenance teams, monitoring equipment functionality, implementing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The manager will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of the company's solar solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills and experience managing maintenance teams in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance, ensuring the longevity and performance of machinery and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Maintenance Management practices and strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks to ensure rapid and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and ensure safety compliance during operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical fields is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in the solar energy or renewable energy industry is a plus.
