Position : Maintenance Engneeer
Exper: 2-3 year
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Respond promptly to breakdown calls to minimize production interruption.
- Maintain logbooks of breakdowns and repair activities.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Conduct periodic inspections, calibration, and servicing of machines.
- Reduce downtime through timely maintenance
- Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and maintain safety devices, emergency systems, and grounding checks.
- Support in audits and compliance documentation
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain machine history records, AMC files, service reports, calibration records, and maintenance MIS.
- Submit daily breakdown report and preventive maintenance report to management
- Installation & Project Work
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines.
- Coordinate with OEMs for technical support and upgrades.
- Participate in facility expansion and automation projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Expertise in laser machines, polishing machines, and other diamond manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals.
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
