Job Purpose:

To deliver& handle the construction activities at the site for Infrastructure & Civil Works in the project/s and ensure delivery of quality of infra elements, with safety, timeliness, cost & optimization of design if any.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Execution & Monitoring at site-Vendors/ Suppliers /Project Manager/ O& M

  2. Design & Co-ordination Internal & External, review GFC, Shop Drawings, As-built Drawings,

  3. Support the Contract team for Tender, Contract & Procurement Co-ordination-Consultants, Internal & vendors

  4. Billing Co-ordination- QS, JMR, Specification, BOQ

  5. Taking Over & Handing Over Co-ordination to O & M-Testing, Commissioning & Handover from Vendor to O & M

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT:

1) PLANNING, MONITORING & CONTROL:

· Assist Engineers with preparation/Updating of Project Schedule

· Preconstruction/Construction Schedule-Design & Approvals/Tender Event Schedule & Construction Schedule

· Assist Engineers with Monitoring of Project Schedule to keep the project on track as per agreed Milestones

· MIS & Reporting- DPR/Weekly & Monthly Reporting

· Monitoring & preparation of COC

2) SITE EXECUTION

· Executing construction activities (Infrastructure & Civil) at the site with maximum quality

· Studying drawings and specifications and executing the same

· Handling the queries and resolving the problems of the site or escalating to the Project head wherever required

· Updating the site head on the on-going project on a regular basis

· Following the SOP of the organization & suggestion if required

3) QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL-QAQC

· Maintaining high quality standards at site as per Project Quality Plan

· Ensure sequence of works are followed

· Regularly monitor all field work to ensure that the work is being done as per the Specification and design

· Ensure material quality vide Site and lab test reports

· Maintaining the finished product as per specification as per the acceptance and tolerance criteria of elements

· Ensure the Observation and NC reports

· Encouraging and promoting a Quality culture with the Vendor/Contractor

4) Environment Health And Safety (EHS) Management

· Supporting the Site Safety In-charge to maintain a safe workplace

· Ensuring the safety on the site by following all the works being carried out are as per the Project Safety plan

· Ensuring and encouraging the Work permit system

· Ensure and maintain housekeeping at site

· Ensure the Observation, near miss reporting, and NC reports

· Encouraging and promoting a Safety culture with the Vendor/Contractor

5) Contract & Procurement Co-ordination-

· Coordinating with Contracts & procurement team and vendors for the delivery of Contracts & materials in time for delivery of project as per agreed Milestones

· Deciding the Quantity of material required for works (for Free issue / Contractor ordered material) and raising PRs/ Work request form (WRF)

· Support in Vendor/Contractor Development-Pre-Qualification & Periodic Evaluation of Contractors

6) Billing Support-

· Checking, Verification and Certification of RA/Final bills with respect to actual work done & work orders

· Acquiring RA bills & following up on bills from contractors on Periodic/Monthly basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
