Responsibilities Plan and design civil engineering projects, including infrastructure and construction works Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to manage project timelines and budgets Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project progress and compliance Oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to engineering specifications Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids Evaluate and resolve technical challenges that arise during project execution Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in civil engineering Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering project management Strong understanding of construction methods and materials Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
