  • Salary: Up to ₹3.30 Lakhs per annum
  • Preference: Local Candidates with Experience in design and estimation of Civil Project.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely cost estimates for various civil engineering projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities, infrastructure).
  • Compile and submit comprehensive tender and bid packages, including scope clarification, exclusions, and assumptions.
  • Estimation of cost for various components of the project.
  • Conceptual Report, Draft Report & Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation & all associated works required for the report compilation.
  • Documentation & filing work for the work done (e.g., records, correspondence, official documents).
  • Maintain well-organized records of all estimation documents, calculations, and supporting data for review and auditing.
  • Works required to be carried out during the execution of the project like approval of drawings & design (liaising with relevant authorities or internal teams).
  • Site visit as when required (for inspections, progress checks, and issue resolution).
  • Co-ordination with Mechanical, Electrical Engineers to get the work done efficiently and ensure proper integration of systems.
  • Coordination with Clients & Agency (stakeholder management, progress meetings, issue resolution).

Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong technical and engineering skills.
  • Knowledge of water projects, concrete, materials, and testing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS - Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, materials, and labor requirements for civil projects.

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Must have an Experience & Knowledge in Experience in design and estimation of Civil Project.
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
