The company is committed to shaping the future of construction with a focus on excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Head - Civil Projects, based in Ahmedabad. The Project Head will oversee all aspects of civil projects, including planning, resource allocation, execution, quality control, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing project teams, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards, and maintaining project budgets and timelines. The Project Head will also be responsible for reviewing designs, resolving project issues, and ensuring seamless communication across all involved parties.QualificationsStrong project management and leadership skills, with experience overseeing teams and multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in civil engineering practices, construction techniques, and project planning tools.Skilled in budget management, quality control, and risk assessment for project success.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills for effective client and team coordination.Prior experience in commercial, residential, and industrial infrastructure projects is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A master’s degree or equivalent certification is a plus.Working knowledge of relevant safety regulations and environmental compliance practices.Minimum Work Experience - 5 Years
