Oracle EBS Supply Chain

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle EBS Supply Chain Techno-Functional Developer to join our Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. This role blends deep technical expertise with functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules to ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Techno-Functional Expertise:

The candidate must have techno functional expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Data Warehousing and Cloud Platforms
• Snowflake:
  • Expertise in Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and query optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Snowflake features such as virtual warehouses, data sharing, and time travel.
  • Experience in managing Snowflake environments, including security, role-based access control, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake integrations with ETL/ELT tools and BI platforms.
• Cloud Platforms:
  • Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for hosting data solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-native services like AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, or BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, resource optimization, and monitoring tools.

Service Reliability : Experience with managing and maintaining highly-available systems, including cloud-based infrastructure.

Integration & Support:

• Support integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems (e.g., middleware, cloud platforms).
• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain issues and enhancements.
• Work closely with DBA, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure system health.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Stay updated with Oracle patches, upgrades, and new features.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules in a techno-functional role.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Workflow.
• Experience with Service Reliability Engineering principles and tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and data models.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud or Fusion applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  Certifications in Oracle EBS or SRE practices.
