Senior Business Systems Specialist

As a seasoned Business Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain applications. Your primary objective will be to collect and document business requirements from stakeholders, and then translate these needs into actionable functional specifications for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules.
Main Responsibilities:- Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules.
- Collaborate with IT teams for new implementations, enhancements, and support.
- Support all phases of the software development life cycle, including testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement & Inventory modules (R12.2.x or higher).
- Strong understanding of Order Management and Advanced Pricing.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and user support.
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database, and Data Warehousing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Oracle certifications (SCM/EBS) are highly valued.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
