We have an opening for the post of Asst. Manager/ Manager HR for a Leading Real Estate Service Industry at the location Marol, Andheri(E).
Key Points:
- Experience in Process Setup, interviews, and employee handling
- Shortlisting Candidates as per company requirements.
- Coordination with Company Management.
- Candidate Offer Releasing
- Completing the On boarding process.
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of relationship management best practices
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales process
- Persuasive, energetic, disciplined independent thinker
- Good knowledge of Recruitment.
- Hands-on Portals ( Naukri, Shine, Workindia, LinkedIn).
- Develop and Implement HR strategies.
- Managing Grievances
- Payroll Management & Attendance Management.
- Employee Engagement Activities.
- Looking after the overall branch operation.
- Excellent in Advance Excel.
- Very Good English Communication
- Positive Attitude

- Good in coordination
