Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Coordinator to join our team in Surat. This position demands a proactive team player with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will facilitate effective sales operations, support the sales team, and drive customer satisfaction in line with company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales support or a similar role, showcasing your ability to assist a dynamic sales team efficiently.
  • Proficient in order processing, ensuring accurate and prompt handling of sales orders is a mandatory skill (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective coordination with team members and clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Competent in data analysis to interpret sales trends and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing and resolving sales-related inquiries promptly.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure all sales processes and documentation are accurate and precise.
