Oversee daily café operations, manage staff, ensure smooth service, and drive profitability through effective stock management, customer service, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Train, monitor, and motivate staff to perform at their best.
  • Stock Management: Monitor sales, manage bulk stock, and issue daily storage as required.
  • Recruitment & Training: Plan and recruit staff, consult with Food Station In-charge (FSI) / Front Desk In-charge (FDI), and train new team members.
  • Procurement: Order local consumables and assets as per approved budget.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers, ensure feedback is received, and promote customer loyalty.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all operations follow company SOPs and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Cost Management: Manage expenses, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
  • Maintenance: Track and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Promotions: Plan and implement local promotions and events to boost business.
  • Reporting: Report daily performance, sales, and maintenance updates to Area Manager/Franchisee.
  • Staff Rotation: Ensure job rotation to keep staff motivated and prevent burnout.
  • Business Growth: Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and drive overall business success.
  • Crisis management: in place of any incident either related to food or service or any event in the outlet, ensure it is managed with care and caution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
