Cafe ExecutiveWhat this job involves: As a Cafe Executive at JLL, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional workplace experiences that fuel productivity and connection. In this role, you'll oversee the strategic operations of our corporate cafe facilities, ensuring they serve as vibrant hubs where our teams can collaborate, recharge, and thrive. You'll manage vendor relationships, optimize service delivery, and implement innovative solutions that enhance the daily experience for employees and clients alike. Working closely with facilities management and workplace experience teams, you'll help shape a brighter way for everyone who walks through our doors by creating spaces that support wellbeing and foster the collaborative culture that sets JLL apart.

What your day-to-day will look like:
• Manage end-to-end cafe operations including vendor oversight, quality assurance, and service optimization
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance the workplace dining experience and support employee wellbeing
• Collaborate with facilities, workplace experience, and procurement teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost management while identifying opportunities for operational efficiency
• Lead vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations
• Implement innovative food service solutions and sustainability practices that align with corporate values
• Analyze usage patterns and employee feedback to continuously improve service offerings and space utilization

Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in food service operations, hospitality, or facilities management
• Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiation
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and workplace compliance requirements

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in corporate facilities or workplace services environment
• Project management certification or demonstrated project leadership experience
• Background in sustainability initiatives or wellness program implementation
• Familiarity with workplace experience platforms and service delivery technologies
• Experience working in collaborative, matrix organizational structures
