Executive - Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities of the Role

• Assist in product development processes from ideation to execution.

• Ensure proper placement of new products on merchandise racks according to SOP.

• Share sales data of new product launches.

• Monitor expiry dates, cafe stock, and sales to optimize inventory management.

• Conduct VM audits twice per month and provide valuable feedback to cafe teams via Whatsapp and email.

• Collate VM SOPs according to merchandise launches and placements.

• Analyze cafe designs to identify areas for improving merchandise rack and POS display visibility and positioning.

• Provide inventories to cafes as per their needs.

• Send replacements and marketing collaterals to cafes nationwide as required.

• Collect feedback forms for new product innovation, including sample tastings like cookies, Borecha samples, and cold coffee.

• Post sales data on relevant platforms such as WhatsApp groups and emails.

• Monitor sales of CCD Live and query resolutions using Power BI.

• Assist in product innovation by sourcing vendors, onboarding vendors, ordering samples, conducting sample testing, and obtaining costing and nutritional information.

• Support all processes related to product innovation, including effective communication with legal stakeholders, supply chain management, vendors, and marketing teams until the product launch.

Functional Skills:

Product Development Support
: Ability to assist in product development processes, including ideation, vendor sourcing, sample testing, and obtaining costing and nutritional information.

Inventory Management:
Skills in monitoring expiry dates, cafe stock, and sales to optimize inventory management. Experience in providing inventories to cafes and sending replacements and marketing collaterals as required.

Visual Merchandising (VM) Support:
Capability to conduct VM audits, collate VM SOPs, and provide valuable feedback to cafe teams for improving merchandise rack and POS display visibility and positioning, Coordinating with 02June Studios to develop in store elements & FSUs, POS display racks.

Sales Data Analysis:
Proficiency in analysing sales data and sharing sales data of new product launches with relevant stakeholders.

Coordination with MKTG:
Coordinating with MKTG for New Product Artwork development with Open Agency, Merchandise photo-shoot ideation & direction, assisting in development of monthly offer/promotions collaterals.

Communication and Coordination:
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Experience in communicating with legal stakeholders, supply chain management, vendors, and marketing teams for product innovation processes.

Qualification & Experience:

2-4yrs experience in the relevant industry
