Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Active Directory and enterprise-level identity and access management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining domain integrations across complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end domain integration projects across multiple business units and environments.
  • Manage and optimize Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and domain trusts.
  • Design and implement secure domain and forest integrations, mergers, and migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements in AD environments.
  • Provide technical leadership for AD replication, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operations.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex Active Directory and domain-related issues.
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC),authentication, and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices for identity and access management (IAM).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on Active Directory and domain integration.

  • Proven expertise in:

  • Active Directory (2016/2019/2022)

  • AD migrations, trusts, and forest/domain consolidations
  • Group Policy management and security hardening

  • DNS, DHCP, PKI, and certificate services

  • Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and hybrid identity integrations.

  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, RBAC, MFA, and SSO.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for AD/Domain integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
  • Experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) domain migration projects.
  • Exposure to Okta, Ping Identity, or other IAM solutions
