We're hiring a Business Development Executive for Urban Company's Insta Help category in Pune. The role involves cold calling, recruiting, and onboarding maids (house helps) while maintaining accurate data and reports. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Requirements
12th Pass, 0–3 years of experience

Fluent in Marathi (Hindi/English preferred)

Laptop mandatory

6 days working, Day shift

Salary: ₹25,000–₹31,000 per month
