We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Instructional Design.

Responsibilities

  • Create training content for all forms of training: eLearning, ILT, vILT, videos, SOPs.
  • Communicate effectively in oral and written form.
  • Write according to the learner needs and characteristics.
  • Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages.
  • Ideate content structure and design basis provided content strategy.
  • Handle customer communication and SME interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications we seek in you.

Graduate with 5+ years of experience working on learning projects alone and/or with a team.

Essential skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of Instructional design and Strategies.
  • Exceptional comprehension, writing and research skill.
  • Knowledge of Instructional design and Strategies.
  • Communication skills – ability to interact with clients, team members of the project team.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.

Technical skills:

  • Working knowledge of rapid authoring tools like Articulate
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Type of Experience (Not mandate)

  • Analysis and design of learning projects
