We're looking for a sharp and detail-oriented 'Product Management Intern' to join our team. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure product requirements are clearly communicated, documented, tracked, and delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone interested in managing [Hardware + Software] products and learning how execution happens at a fast-moving tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize Product Development and Delivery
  • Sprint Planning & Tracking: Assist with sprint boards, task follow-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain Up-to-Date Documentation: Internal architecture documents, PRDs, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate Cross-Team Syncs: Schedule meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Resolve Blockers Proactively: Liaise across internal teams, customers, and vendors to unblock work.
  • Internal Workshops: Capture key takeaways from internal training, walkthroughs, and feature demos.
  • Update Stakeholders: Summarize sprint progress, risks, and delivery plans for internal and external teams.
  • Monitor CI/CD Health (Basic Level): Flag build issues and track release readiness with dev teams.
  • Coordinate Releases: Track firmware/software versions, changelogs, and delivery status per customer.
  • Manage Customer Configurations: Maintain and organize customer-specific settings in the codebase.
