Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Manager based in Gurugram. The Studio Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including managing team members, l
iaisoning
with retail partners, coordinating projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

Key responsibilities also include maintaining accounting, inventory, ensuring the studio's presentation is up to the highest standards, and facilitating communication between departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Team Leadership and Project Management
  • Sales experience with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Relevant experience in the design or textile industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Design, or a related field
