The Automation & Energy Management (AEM) division offers sustainable, complete turnkey automation solutions focusing on enhanced productivity and energy efficiency.

Note:
We have multiple positions at various locations PAN India - Raigarh, Boisar, Ropar, Gadag and Medigadda.

Key Result Areas:

  1. Project Management for EHV projects

  2. Client / consultant / PMC interfacing

  3. Billing and Receivables management

  4. Inventory control and Supply chain managements

  5. Team building

  6. Organizational Initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project execution - End To End Responsibility.

  2. Total execution of project, independent responsibility.

  3. Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Extra High Voltage Switchyard equipments such as LA , CVT, CC , CT, PT, Isolator, CB, Transformers up to 400KV.

  4. Erection, Testing and Commissioning of HT Panels, LT Panels, Battery, Battery Charger, PLCC etc.

  5. Interaction with Contractors, Architects, Project Management Team, Clients, Labourers and Supervisors

  6. Handling labour on site, implementation of Manpower plans.

  7. Taking feedback from site engineers

  8. Management of erection and commissioning at site. - Updating top management about progress of projects.

  9. Give feedback in flowchart about project progression

  10. Local procurement - Material management: Store & Inventory mgmt.

  11. Coordination for Timely Material Procurement.

  12. Co-ordination with Govt officials for completion of projects

  13. Co-ordination at backend regarding design, accounts and billing

  14. Leading a team of Project In-charges and setting goals and targets and arranging resources to them to accomplish the same. - Achieve the overall project effectiveness for timely completion and with desirable quality and safety standards.

  15. Overall site management and coordination for successful and timely completion of project

Requisite Qualification -
Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Requisite Experience –
Min. 12 years for Degree Holders and Min. 14 years for Diploma Holders
