Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist located in Bengaluru South. The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage and process vendor invoices, maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, handle expense reports, and ensure that payments are made on time. The role also encompasses monitoring financial discrepancies, assisting with accounting journal entries, and collaborating closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Expense Reports and proficiency in handling financial documentation
- Advanced Analytical Skills to identify financial discrepancies and propose actionable insights
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles and practices
- Experience in preparing and managing Journal Entries in accounting systems
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site within a team environment
