Job Summary:

We are hiring a
QA Specialist
to ensure the quality, accuracy, and functionality of our digital learning products. The role includes testing online courses, interactive elements, and platform features to deliver a bug-free learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual and automated testing of online courses, UI components, and backend workflows.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators for iterative improvements.
  • Validate LMS integration, course navigation, video playback, quizzes, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain test plans, checklists, and QA documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of QA experience in web/app or e-learning environments.
  • Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, or LMS standards is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
