Role 1: SSA (Senior Support Analyst)
Experience: 4+ Years (Stable profiles only Max 2 companies in 6 years)
Location: Hebbal,Kodigehalli, Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Salary: Up to 10 LPA (Based on current CTC 25%30% hike)
Cab Facility: Two-way cab (up to 20 km)
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in Healthcare Insurance / Healthcare Voice Process / BFSI / International Customer Support / Client Handling / Client Servicing / Stakeholder Management.
- Excellent verbal & written communication – must have.
- Proven ability to manage client escalations and deliver high-quality support.
- Experience in working with global clients and complex support environments.
Documents Required
- Education: All semester marksheets, PDC, Convocation Certificate.
- Employment: Offer letter, last 3 months' payslips, and relieving letter from all past companies (EPFO check applicable).
Role 2: CSA (Client Servicing Associate)
Experience: 4+ Years in Healthcare Voice / Client Servicing / Customer Support
Interview Rounds: HR L&D Assessment Operations
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Healthcare Voice or International Client Servicing.
- Ability to handle client escalations and deliver on service KPIs.
