Senior Analyst - Service Support Management - 3 Years - Bangalore - Hybrid

As a Senior Analyst, you will provide end-to-end policy lifecycle support, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless collaboration with branch teams to deliver high-quality insurance services.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for branch operations, providing comprehensive support.
  • Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle services and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with retailers, finance teams, and vendors to meet customer demands.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requests, ensuring timely completion of service tasks.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to support producers, resolve queries, and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree with 35 years of experience in the insurance domain (P&C preferred).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in working with onshore partners is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated skills in multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Proactive approach with ownership, accountability, and interpersonal effectiveness.
