About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Ingenium Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable system specifications for the Ingenium platform. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong background in insurance business processes and Ingenium system expertise, who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the design, development, and enhancement of insurance and financial products.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and implement business solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, converting them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Develop use cases, user stories, and conduct functional integration testing.
  • Prepare test scenarios, plans, and execute UAT/acceptance testing.
  • Partner with technical teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Provide post-implementation and production support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes, reduce manual efforts, and improve turnaround times.
  • Support change management by evaluating system impacts and training users on new functionality.
  • Create and maintain system and process documentation and conduct user training sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience with Ingenium projects implementation, upgrade, transformation, or enhancement.
  • Expert-level understanding of Ingenium architecture, configuration, and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance domain processes (Life, Health, Wealth, Disability, Term, Universal Life, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience across the Ingenium project lifecycle from inception to deployment and maintenance.
  • Experience with Pathfinder (SME or functional level) and ProductXpress tools.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Unix, and AIX operating systems.
  • Familiarity with COBOL, JCL, DB2, SQL, VSAM, REXX, CICS, and MQ Series.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to multiple Ingenium versions.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and delivery excellence.
