Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) with strong experience working in CMMI Level 2, 3, or 5 organizations. The role involves analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination between technical and business teams to deliver successful IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements for IT projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to define functional specifications.
  • Translate business requirements into technical documentation and process flows.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet CMMI Level 2/3/5 process standards.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure alignment between development and business goals.
  • Prepare detailed BRD (Business Requirement Documents), SRS (System Requirement Specifications), and process documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and QA to ensure quality deliverables.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
  • Prior experience in CMMI Level 2/3/5 certified organizations is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and other BA tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
