Job Overview: We are looking for a mid-level Business Analyst with strong functional and business analysis skills, preferably with experience in Salesforce. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, convert them into user stories, and support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Key Responsibilities: Capture, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Break down requirements into detailed user stories and organize them in the product backlog.
  • Refine and prioritize user stories with the development team.
  • Review and validate test cases to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA team, providing clarifications and answering queries.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure hands-on involvement in validating functionality during UAT and production rollout.
  • Independently handle assigned projects with minimal supervision.
  • Assist Salesforce Admin activities (if applicable).
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
  • Required Skills & Competencies:3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or Salesforce projects.
  • Strong functional/business analysis skills.
  • Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
  • Understanding of Agile project methodology and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Ability to review test cases and validate functionality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects independently.
  • Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills: Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
