Job description:

  • 6+ years of experience
     in software testing with a strong focus on 
    test automation
    , 
    integration testing
    , and 
    performance testing
    .
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust 
    test automation frameworks
     for web, API, Mobile and backend components.
  • Perform 
    integration testing
     of distributed systems, services, and APIs.
  • Conduct 
    performance and load testing
     using tools like 
    JMeter,
    etc., and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and scalability issues.
  • Leverage open source tools such as 
    Selenium, TestNG, Junit
    for automated test execution.
  • Experience with 
    REST API testing
     and tools like 
    RestAssured, Postman, Swagger
    .
  • Create and maintain scripts for 
    automated regression, functional, smoke, and sanity tests
    .
  • Implement and maintain test suites within 
    CI/CD pipelines
     using Jenkins / GitLab CI, etc.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate testing early in the development cycle.
  • Experience with container orchestration (e.g., 
    Docker, Kubernetes
    )
  • Prepare detailed 
    test plans, test cases
    , and 
    test reports
    , documenting issues and risks effectively.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for performance or test failures and provide insights for resolution.
