Job DescriptionLocation - UdaipurJob PurposeTo assist in the design, development, testing, and validation of new products, components,and systems under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to innovation andcontinuous improvement within the R&D department.Key Responsibilities Support in the design and development of heating elements, sensors, or relatedcomponents (as applicable). Conduct prototype assembly, testing, and performance evaluation as per designrequirements. Assist in data collection, analysis, and documentation of test results. Prepare BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications with guidance from seniorengineers. Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for product trials andprocess improvements. Maintain proper project records, reports, and design documentation. Contribute ideas for product enhancement, cost optimization, and innovation. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards during all R&Dactivities.Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical design principles Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD/SolidWorks – as applicable) Good understanding of testing instruments and measurement techniques Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a multidisciplinary teamcheck(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
